So have you been trying out all your different yaks trying to figure out which one will be the choice for such an awesome trek? You will definitely have an outstanding adventure, no question!!!! Have you got anyone interested in joining you for any or all of the venture? Any idea how long you think it may take you, I would guess you aren't going to hurry so you can totally enjoy it all!!! You'll be in my thoughts as you already are, enjoy and be safe. Are you hooking up with folks along the way for the nights or just winging it a bit? Very envious - aren't dreams and goals awesome!!!

Hi Chris, I'll be paddling the Taran and that has always been the plan. The Greenland qajaqs are for fun and rolling ๐Ÿ˜Ž There are a lot of folks who volunteer to support paddlers as CT Trail Angels and I'll look forward to meeting a lot of them. I do have some friends that would like to join in on a few small sections and that will be fun. Most will be solo paddling at this point. I suspect around four months but I do have a tendency to like to go exploring so I may take longer. Time will tell and I have no restrictions so I can take as long as I want ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Well done Scott and good luck with the circumnavigation. Always happy to see a Rockpool Taran being put to it's highest and best use. Really looking forward to seeing the updates leading up to and through the expedition.

FANTASTIC STUFF! Maybe Reisa and I can get to the Keys with the trike in October/November time frame. Remember there is a Navy Lodge in Key West if you need a good place to stay.

Hope to meet you at the CT reunion, also in Suwannee along the Hidden Coast, as the local Trail Angel.
