The weather continues to be great. Of course that is only because I brought my paddle rain jacket. ? We went back to Lago di Bomba because Ruth and Susan had not seen it yet. It’s a nice place to paddle and I was happy to go back there. We paddled the entire lake and had a nice lunch at the one little resort on the lake. The resort sits a little back from the lake so the entire shore line is natural. We did stop to swim a bit and I also did a little rolling out in the lake just to cool off. Not many pictures since I captured the lake the first day we were here.

And I do have to mention the B&B where we are staying for this section of the trip in the Abruzzo area. The Casale San Giovanni should be on everyone’s list of places to stay if they are in this area. Our hosts, Aurelio and Nicolette 
are wonderful people and do a great job. All meals are outside on the patio and everything is home cooked. Excellent food to be sure.
That’s it for this day. We will head north tomorrow to another area on the Adriatic but will stop to paddle a remote section of a river on the way. It should be really nice.
